IVR-project
This project, which lasted during my time at Digital Equipment/Compaq taught me telephony and how telephony and IT work together.
Ericsson's mobile telephony solution for prepaid systems used Interactive Voice Response (IVR) systems from Digital Equipment/Compaq.
My role as technical coordinator between different suppliers and Ericsson also included the installation of IVR systems for customers worldwide and support to Ericsson's customers.
